Scott’s focus is on the firm’s asset management activities, including property operations, capital improvements, leasing and marketing, as well as dispositions.

Prior to Wilshire Capital Partners, Scott was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of his family owned portfolio.

Scott received a B.S. degree in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy, and was a pilot in the Air Force.
